Iced Irish coffee

Irish coffee is a classic cocktail that is the perfect pick me up for the colder months. But sometimes you want that same feeling in the summer. Here in New England iced coffee is a year round treat, so I thought why not an iced Irish coffee?

Ingredients
1 coffee cube
2 oz Irish whiskey
1 dash Bailey's Irish Cream

Directions
Place your coffee cube in a rocks glass. Pour whiskey on top. Add a dash of Bailey's Irish Cream and then stir. You can garnish with a little fresh ground nutmeg or a cinnamon stick if you'd like.

The coffee cubes are incredibly easy to make as well. Just brew your favorite coffee, pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. I used a king cube tray from tovolo which slow the melting process due to their size.
